These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and XStream Customs LLC, doing business as Laser Job Manager ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of the Laser Job Manager desktop application and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is currently available only to customers located in the United States. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are located in and will primarily use the Service from within the United States. We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts for users outside of the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that are used in violation of these Terms.
Laser Job Manager is a desktop job management application designed for small laser engraving and cutting businesses. The Service allows you to create and track jobs, upload files, manage customers, store material settings, and organize your workflow. The specific features and functionality of the Service may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the product.
The Service is available through a one-time license purchase. Your license grants perpetual access to the version of the Service available at the time of purchase. The application continues to function indefinitely regardless of whether you purchase optional updates.
An optional annual update subscription ($29/year) provides access to new features and improvements released during the subscription period. This renewal is not required — your application continues working without it.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Licenses already purchased honor the price paid at the time of purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your license purchase. If the Service is not the right fit for your business, contact us at support@laserjobmanager.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Your license remains active and functional regardless.
If you have an active optional update subscription, you may cancel it at any time. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current renewal period.
You retain all ownership rights to the data, files, and content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss or corruption of Your Content.
Your data is retained for as long as your account and license are active. If your license expires or is deactivated, you retain access to view your data but cannot create or edit. Your data is not automatically deleted. If you wish to have your data deleted, you may request account deletion by contacting us, and we will process the request within 30 days. Uploaded files may be removed after 12 months of account inactivity. Retention may also be required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or resolving disputes).

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by XStream Customs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XSTREAM CUSTOMS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XStream Customs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) Your Content.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Minnesota. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and XStream Customs LLC with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
